Random thoughts on life from a gal with ADHD, PCSD, Anxiety, Grief and Burn Out.
Who I was:
I used to live a very different life. Full of hustle, and bustle and corporate climb and spotlight. I got frustrated and burnt out like so many people. I've been depressed and struggling for many years.
I am a professionally trained actor. I worked in several theaters in Seattle, Washington and have a Bachelor of Fine Arts with emphasis on Theatre from Cornish College of the Arts. I've been featured on several commercials, television shows and films and am S.A.G. eligible.
I've been a wine steward for restaurants, catering and specialty retail shops alike. I've done both front and back of house food and beverage positions and love food. I frequently writes about foodie things, on my blog.
I've been a property manager managing multi-million dollar vacation homes. Been a housing manager for a large concessionaire in a national park. Been a general manager for an RV campground.
I've done a lot of things in my years. My stepfather always said "Do what you love as long as you love it, when you don't love it any more, go do something else." He was really smart.
So now I'm on a journey to discover who I really am, find peace and happiness.
Life is too short to be miserable. It is ok to start over. (As many times as you need to.)
